    Vendr 12 months of updates

    Hey there,

    I'm taking over a website that uses Vendr, but it's an older version (v2.1.0) and the license expires soon. I'm wondering how the "12 months of upgrades" works. Will the license only work if I update during that time, or will it support all releases within 12 months of the purchase?

    I won't be able to update Vendr before the license expires, but I want to make sure the website is as up-to-date as possible. Can I still update it after the license expires?

    Hi Mike,

    It's your later example so you can basically upgrade to any version of Vendr that was released within 12 months following the license purchase date.

    So yes, as long as the version you want to upgrade to was released within that 12 month period from purchase date you are fine to upgrade to it.
