    License issue with uCommerce

    uCommerce Support

    Umbraco version: 4.1.7

    ASP.NET version: 4.0

    Ucommerce version: 2.0.5.0

    Our hosting provider migrated our site to another server.  After this happened, we started getting the blue bar that reads "uCommerce Developer Edition".

    We tried recycling the app pool as that fixed license issues in the past however that did not work.  We then added the original license file to the root file system and under the umbraco folder.  After a recycling the app pool, we do not see a license file and the blue banner persisted.  Below are the logs, we uploaded the uCommerce.key at 7:17 AM.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    Hi Nate,

    I'm pretty sure it's because you have moved your site to a new server. uCommerce license is bound to a IIS site instance. So you have to contact uCommerce team. Take a look here: http://www.ucommerce.net/en/about/contact-us.aspx
