    InventoryOnHand for both products and variants

    Hi there,

    I am building a shop in which only some products have variants. I've noticed that the InventoryOnHand property can be set as either a product or vairant proporty. Is there any way for it to cater for both simultaneously?

    Both scenarios are supported.

    For a product family with variants you need to create the "InventoryOnHand" field as a variant field.

    Thanks, Søren.

    I'd tried that but if I try to add two properties called InventoryOnHand I get this message: "The field already exists for product definition."

    Is there a  way round that?

    For anyone else having this problem, you need to create variant products as a different product family so that you can create another InventoryOnHand property.
