    uCommerce Free Licence Edition

    Hi all.

    I am running the free edition uCommerce site. There used to be a blue banner on top that reads "uCommerce Developer Edition". I got the free licence from Soren and I installed as per instructions. The site has been running smooth for a while, now 5minutes ago when I checked it. The blue banner on top is back on the site. There is nothng that has been changed but the blue banner on top is back.

    Has anyone came across this problem?

    Hi Luyolo,

    Please check the umbracoLog table and see if there's any useful information there. Also you can delete the .lic file found in the root of the site to force uCommerce to reactivate the license (remember to recycle the site once the .lic file is deleted).

    Hi Soren,

    I am having the same problems as Luyolo, however my banner never dissapeared after install.

    I followed your instructions in the email, as well as the ones posted above and I noticed that no .lic file has been created.

    Any help resolving this would be much appreciated.

    We solved this via e-mail. Turns out the server wasn't accepting requests outside the server.
