I'm considering this plugin for a few of my upcoming Umbraco projects, however not supporting a start/end time is a deal breaker. I suppose I could add extra properties for start/end times, but events could actually display out of order within the calendar view (since it does not take into account time). I saw some mention that this would be supported in the future so I wanted to see how this was coming or if it has been cast aside.

Also from what I can tell, your solution does not take into account editing specific occurrences of a recurrence. For instance, I may have an event that occurs every week, but I want to delete any occurence that falls on a holiday. Or perhaps one week might have a different location. -- I know this is not easy, and probably not possible using the Umbraco tree view natively.
