I'm not sure what it is that you're trying to achieve?
It can't directly be used in Contour. I think the best way to use it like that is if you make a custom workflow that takes the uploaded file and creates it in the media library. If you have the meta data properites on the media type, then they would be set automatically.
I want to allow the member of my site to upload their photos and write some comment about it, so what I need is to build the form with Contour and then when the user upload the photo I want to use your project to get the info from that photo especially the gps coordination

Yep well as I said, won't work directly from Contour, but create a workflow in Contour to upload the file to the media section and you're good to go.
