After downloading the source, I was able to enable paging by hard-coding the boolean to true, instead of expecting it be passed by the Umbraco macro. I've run into problems before with booleans and macros where Umbraco passes "y" while .net expects '1' and vice-versa.
Paging is not displaying

I'm not seeing paging even though it's checked for both top and bottom.
Queries report 50+ hits, but only 10 are displayed with no way of seeing any more since paging is not rendering.
My site has 6000+ nodes, if that helps.
