Due to a misconfiguration, a load of spam comments got added to a site I manage. 

Maybe I'm being blind, but there doesn't seem to be anyway of deleting comments once approved?

Ideally an option to manage loads at once, but anything would help.

The dashboard control just says there are no comments to approve which is correct - they were auto approved due to the misconfiguration; can't see anything else.
