Hello All,

Umbraco Version - 4.7.1

asp.net- 4.0

iis 7

i m new to umbraco ..i have installed ublogsy for a blog site and have been able to see my blog post on test setup ...

i m now trying to see RSS feed of the posts ....but while checking that i m getting following error

error on line 1 at column 37: Document is empty

Please guide me where am i going wrong ....also let me know is there any way by which i can generate separate rss feeds as per category ..

Can you show me a screen shot of the error?

Also, check the source which is generated.

Regarding rss for categories.... just add this to the rss link:

?category=TheCategoryName

Hello Anthony,

Thanks for the reply....

following is the screen shot of the error and following line is the source of that page ...

'<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>Error loading MacroEngine script (file: /uBlogsy/uBlogsyRSS.cshtml)'

i can see this cshtml file from the ftp but one point to be noted while saving that cshtml file or any ublogsy cshtml file from umbraco it gives following msg

'script file could not be saved '

Ublogsy version is 2.0.0.1

Please guide ...waiting for reply...

Hello Anthony,

I tried installing ublogsy again from the scratch and now it gives following error

following is the source of the page

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?><div style="border: 1px solid #990000">Error loading Razor Script /uBlogsy/uBlogsyRSS.cshtml</br/></div>

please guide what is going wrong ..is there any config or setting which i need to run to make it working ...

Am having the same problem and I suspect its not the template but the razor file.

Its like the encoding is wrong. IE shows a blank page.

Perhaps it's the cause of your error.
