It seems I can't add panels on a standard page... Isn't there supposed to be a way to select which panels I wan't to add to a page ?? See the attached screendump
Seems it's the same problem if I wish to alter the navigation on the home page:
Although it shouldn't be required, installing uComponents should fix this.
