I created two identical environments on separate machines to test this out.
One one machine.
In settings -> document types. I created a folder named 'Compositions' and another named 'Doctypes'.
Then created a composition under "Compositions" and a doctype under "Doctypes" which uses the composition.
Created a snap shot - all ok.
On the other machine:
copied the contents of the snapshots folder from machine one.
After i imported the snapshot, all the items were imported however the structure was not maintained. So all doctypes, compositions, and folders were sitting at the root of the Document Types node.
Is this expected? or perhaps I missed step or config setting?
Document Type/Compositions not imported into correct folder
Hi there,

Hi
yes there was a slight bug, I pushed out an update for this yesterday (hopefully).
Can you just check you have the latest version of everything ?
On the uSync back office tab. the versions (next to the title) should be 3.1.1.740 & 5.3.1.740
(If you are using nuget just use update-package, if it's the packages from umbraco you will need to reinstall them).
Thanks, looks like I needed to update.
Cheers Ismael.
