Skipped records with >4 levels of recursion

    Hi Richard,

I'm working with a datasource with a tree like data structure - many categories, sub categories and further sub categories. Everything worked fine for several weeks with 5 total levels of categorization but yesterday I added an additional sub category level. ie the tree is now 6 levels deep from the top to bottom. The records on the 6th level are not being imported and I receive an indication of skipped records with CMS Import. I can't find a trace of anything related to the skipped records in the log file.

By 5 levels of recursion I mean there are 6 levels of categorization in total.

    Parent>subcat1>subcat2>subcat3>subcat4>subcat5

    (importing works to subcat4)

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks Richard.

    Best,

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

Records would only be skipped if it can't find the parent relation. If all that is fine it would maybe be a good idea to share the datasource so I can have a look. Just seen your email as well so you know where to send it ;-).

    Best,

    Richard
