    Confirmation on delete action

    Hi Sascha... pretty quick one that I picked up on.

    Could you add a JS confirm prompt to the "x" delete actions (in both the Prevalue Editor and edit content views).

    I accidently clicked it and it disappeared on me! :-(

    Aside from that... it's looking great!

    New version 1.02 is out including delete confirmations for both content and prevalues. :D
