    umbracoNaviHide alias not working

    Hi,

    I have created a true/faslse docType property with an alias of umbracoNaviHide and left it unchecked in the page properties but the page is still displaying in my navigation.

    I'm using

    string(data [@alias='umbracoNaviHide']) != '1'

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks,

    Rachel

    Sorry...........Ignore me!

    Of course, I need the value to be set to 0!

    The "default" is usually that you need to mark those pages that should NOT appear in your navigation in the checkbox. When a page is marked the value is of course 1 and thus it will not be shown in the navigation output.

    This is what one would normally do to achieve the result.

    Of course you can do it the other way around if that makes the most sense to you. But the "default" behavior works as described, :-)
