I have a very old Umbraco 4 site which has Contour with a valid license.

Taken it to version 7 and due to issues with Contour i reinstalled it from a local zip file i downloaded. So i have downloaded the latest Contour version and installed it which resolved majority of the issues i faced (UmbracoContour.package.3.0.31.zip).

Im doing this under a test environment and getting warnings about an invalid license. Am i correct in understanding that when i move this to the live URL the license would become valid again?

    Hi J,

When you are using Umbraco 7, then I would recommend you to use Umbraco Forms instead. https://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/umbraco-forms/

Umbraco Forms is designed for Umbraco 7.x.x, the great thing here is that you can use the same license that you have used for your Contour on your Umbraco 4 project in Umbraco Forms as well.

    /Dennis
