Please, I can't spend another week figuring out something that had an answer, but which has been removed.
I've tried every which way to get to the documentation on the RTE so I can add additional HTML tags for developers to play around with, or at least so it doesn't mangle the HTML code that I put in.
But yet again, I come to incomplete documentation or the infernal 404 page.
I've had a quick look and I'm still not sure that what I want can be done, as it involves webforms user controls, but I'll give this a try, especially if it allows me to add HTML that isn't edited.
RTE
Yet again, the documentation has let me down.

This page has great info but broken links: https://our.umbraco.org/forum/using/ui-questions/48866-RTE-not-updating-to-show-new-HTML-tags-in-Umbraco-7
And this page would be great, but there's nothing for the RTE. https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Getting-Started/Backoffice/Property-Editors/Built-in-Property-Editors/
Help!
PS This is what I was trying to achieve. https://our.umbraco.org/forum/templates-partial-views-and-macros/85143-net-templated-controls-eg-repeaters-in-page-content

Manish
Thanks Manish,
I've had a quick look and I'm still not sure that what I want can be done, as it involves webforms user controls, but I'll give this a try, especially if it allows me to add HTML that isn't edited.
