    Password Recovery Problem / Account Reactivation

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started

    Hi,

    I am currently not able to access my original 'Our' account: a new password forwarded by the email robot generates an 'Email or password is incorrect or your account has not been activated yet' message. The a/c obviously exists and was active, having had posts created against it. Would it be possible for my original a/c to be reactivated?

    Hi Angus,

    If you can sent me an email on dennis (at) umbraco dot com and provide me the email at you use for the original Our account.

    Then I can reset your password and activate your account, and sent you your new password.
