Hi! I finally got my Umbraco installation to run on my web hosting after a lot of tweaking.
But, now my problem is that after the appool recycles, I get the umbraco installation page again!
Anyone knows why this happens?

Have you tried rebuilding your 'Published Cache Status'? Some times rebuilding the 'Database Cache' can aslo resolve this problem.
This was due to my database user in the connection string was not in the DBO-role. When we changed this everything worked fine.
But this still confuses me. How could the correct data be displayed and then disappear again if the DB user could not write to the database??
