    Unable to Create User in CMS - 404.3

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    We are using Umbraco 7.3.4 and are unable to Create Users in the backoffice. This only appears to be an issue on our test environment.

    On trying to Create a new user we get 404.3 error. I've checked the pages exist and the permissions on the test environment. This also happens when trying to edit an existing user. I can see the cookies are being set.
