I just installed an Active Directory integration on a V7 site and I'm a bit confused about the benefits of this.
It runs out that to use the AD accounts, first they need to be linked to an existing Umbraco account.
What's the benefit of linking it to an AD account then? It's just to use the same password?
What happens if the user is removed from AD? Can they still login in Umbraco using the normal flow of username/password?
Is it possible to have just AD as the source of truth?
