I was trying to add hyperlink to a field tooltip and after adding href='http://..' with single quotes the form designer stopped showing the form. There is no way to open the form to edit/change it and also export not showing any of the fields and its not rendering on the page..
Looked at the UFFields table but i cant seem to see field too.. Please tell me a single quote in the tooltip didnt corrupt the form somehow.
When I attempt to open the Form designer for that form the <div id="designsurface"> </div> is simply blank.
