    After install umbraco, I can not download ranway because proxy settings in our company disable it.

    Where I can manual download ranway package?

    Hello AlexR!

    Have you tried http://packages.umbraco.org/v4/  ?

    Sorry AlexR it's not there. Been searching around and can't seem to find a place where you can download Runway.

    You could install CWS instead for learning. It is more complex with more features, but a great learning tool from Warren Buckley

    Thank you Fredrik,

    I install CWS and learning it/

    But many designs templates are based on Runway, so I anyway want to download and install runway package by hands.

    Hi AlexR,

    Have you tried this?

    Add the following lines to web.config under system.net section of Umbraco installation:

        <defaultProxy>
           <proxy  bypassonlocal="true"/>
        </defaultProxy>

    or

        <defaultProxy>
           <proxy  bypassonlocal="false"/>
        </defaultProxy>

    In case anyone is not having a proxy issue but is just looking for a place to install Runway, I think that "Runway" is now called "Simple Template" when first installing Umbraco and it asks if you want to pick a template. Simple Template seems very similar, although I have noticed a couple of small inconsistencies with any tutorials that use Runway.
