There are a few problems that I have run into with using LiveWriter to post messages.
1.) When creating/editing a post, if I add a new tag I get an error in LiveWriter when I attempt to publish:
Blog Server Error Server Error 0 Occurred - request contains int value where string expected [request : parameter 4 : struct mapped to type wpCategory : member parent_id mapped to type String]
2.) When creating/editing a post using an existing tag from the list, items will not show in that tag's filtered view. The count, i.e. - MyTag(5), appears to be accurate as well as the post itself shows that it is tagged for the correct tag, however it will not be listed in the view when clicking on the tag itself. If I then go into the umbraco backend and simply publish the post using the umbraco editor without making any changes, it will then function properly.
Blog4Umbraco, Tags and LiveWriter: Filters exclude properly tagged posts and new tags cause errors.
