    installation issues

    Help

    I'm not a developer so please bare with me....

     

    I downloaded and installed the twitter package.  I'm at the point where I add the package to my page template.  I select, modify the parms and get an "error on page" in IE when I try to save.

     

    Any ideas?

    Hello Ron.
    Sorry to hear you are having problems.

    Can you tell me a bit more about the error in detail please.

    What version of IE are you using?
    What Operating System are you using?
    Have you tried again and the error still persits?
    What is the exact error message?
    Have you tried another browser such as FireFox?
