Which payment gateway do you use? Is there a problem with all orders or only this?
Can you try and see if you can replicate this error with the same product, shipping, payment etc? Its a little hard to debug if we can't replicate it :)

When Tea Commerce calculates the transaction fee it takes the difference in the amount sent from the gateway and subtract the amount Tea Commerce had as a total amount. So maybe somehow the gateway sent back a number that could not be parsed or something like that. Can you see in the gateway what info it sent back to your webshop for the callback?

Hi, i have a very strange order in my shop.
How can it be possbile to have this total? I the table teaCommerce_Order is here a "TransactionFee" on -3694,99
We dont have any discount codes, giftcards or other there could trick this. What could the reason be?

We have only seen this error this time. Never before.
I have tried to create a order with same product, everything is fine. So i can't replicate the issue.
