Safe Mail Link
SafeMailLink for Umbraco prevents spambots from harvesting email addresses from your webpages.
This package dynamically encodes all the "mailto:" links found on your rendered webpages at runtime. Any "mailto:" links with pre-populated parameters for subject and body fields are also encoded. Email addresses used as text for the email hyperlink are protected as well.
No further configuration is required to set-up this package, just install and forget.
The code used in this package has been derived from the CodeArchitects.SafeMailLink HttpModule. Kudos to the original author, Marco Bellinaso. The original webpage (and source-code) is no longer available online, but here is a link to an archived/cached version.
