TeaCommerce Populate Countries

This script performs various functions on the teaCommerce database in order to populate a list of countries. It:

• WARNING: deletes all shipping, payment, order, country data - use with care.
• populates the country table with a list of countries
• assigns EU countries to the EU VAT group (See http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/tea-commerce/tea-commerce-support/29297-Euro-VAT-checking for an explanation as to how I use the VAT grouping)
• sets up the payment and shipping tables based on the list of countries
• Sets shipping rates based on 3 zones: country (Sweden in this case), Europe, Rest of World

It should only be used if you are familiar with SQL Server and you should back up your database before using. It is likely the script will need to modified depending on your particular teaCommerce setup.
