I tried to add a sentence containing "100%" in the subject in the our-forum, but I got error 400 when I submitted it.
HTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid.
It should be a case of adding the following to the <urlReplacing> of umbracoSettings.config?
<char org="%"></char>
