Hi, Ive installed this package to one of my staging website, but its not working, im getting Extension not found or permission denied error.

Sorry to hear you have experiencing problems.
I believe the functionality should work in 4.7.2 although cannot 100% confirm.
From the info provided I am not sure where you are seeing the message - are you able to provide additional information.
Also as per http://our.umbraco.org/FileDownload?id=6172 are you able to verify that the setting in your umbracosettings.config does exist.
If so does the URL look correct ?
If so can you copy the URL and paste into a browser - what response is returned ?

I’ve figured out.
But I should have been more clear. I was seeing that message when accessing the URL in the umbracosettings.config.
But the reason it could not find the extension is because I have a lowercase rewrite rule applied to my IIS.
so when accessing https://mydomain.com/base/restExtRecycleBin/DeleteItems/10/30.aspx (Capitalized) it was rewriting to https://mydomain.com/base/restextrecyclebin/deleteitems/10/30.aspx (Lowercase) and returning that error I mentioned.
The solution is to apply an exclusion in the rewrite to anything inside the /base/ folder.
