I really hope to get some help. I created a website to sell digital products, some products are downloadable and others are online and require an extra registration step.

In Merchello I find DigitalDownloadHandler but it is never triggered. I set up digital products and attached digital media for the downloadable ones but how do I email the download link to the purchaser?

In case it is a product that may require a further registration steps, how could I set this up in Merchello and how to add "registration" link to the order confirmation emails?

Please advise.
