I have product with variants and I'm tracking quantity for each variants.
After purchasing some of the variants , and fulfilling order in Merchello backend, inventory goes negative and product cant be buyed anymore.
Inside a product, there should be an option 'Allow out of stock purchase'. If you check that one, you should be able to purchase a product when it is out of stock.
That's not solution. Even when I do that , option Allow out the stock purchase turns off automaticly
