Does anyone know if it is possible to create/implement (or if one exists) an audit trail in Merchello to log product changes by user?

We are experiencing an issue where the 'Availability' setting of a product randomly gets turned off, and we are trying to determine if it is an internal Merchello thing, or if someone is physically changing this setting.

It would be great to be able to see what/why/when this property (and other product properties) are been changed.
