    TryLoadFromControllerTree error

    Merchello
    Umbraco 7

    Hi all,

    I am in the process of playing up with Merchello. On a couple of occasions umbraco was not apple to load merchello's tree:

    System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    Anyone experienced this issue before? I am using the latest version of both Umbraco and Merchello.

    In my case, this happened when Merchello failed to load due to an underlying issue. As it happened, encrypted values in the payment gateway table that could not be decrypted.

    Good luck, maybe my experience with this issue will give you some extra avenues to explore.
