Really nice package - use it to tidy up media folders between development-beta-live installations before releasing the site in to the wild.
The only thing I noticed was that it also deletes the UserAvatars folder so all the nice pictures for the users would have been deleted IF I hadn't copied the folder out first before running the Scan+Fix option.

Just ignore this folder and you're sorted :-)
I just noticed this also. Can you fix this soon? I have a few sites to use this on and don't want to have to restore the folder before each time.
