Error Creating Cropper in 4.11.4

Your remarks, bug reports, ideas etc.

I'm trying to use Image Cropper Extended v4 with my Umbraco 4.11.4 project. I'm getting the following error when I try and create the cropper datatype. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to see if maybe the initial install was not complete. But still get this error. Can you help?

Sorry, but this package requires at least Umbraco version 4.11.10.
