i installed the package, and registed on the website, then entered the user name and key in the datatype. and yes, it worked, but in umbraco, when i clicked the button "Click here to generate a shorteded URL using Bit.ly" in the page, it appered an error said that
"There appears to be an issue with the Bit.ly API
service, please try again shortly."
from the image in introduction, i noticed that the shorted url will apper in the page. but why it errors in my local?
is there anything need to configrate?
the version i used: umbraco 4.042 + dot net framework 2/3.5

Can you double-check that your bit.ly username and API key are set in the data-type's prevalue editor?
It might be that the original bit.ly demo API key is still in use, which regularly hits limitation thresholds.

when i registered, i used name as "MaoKaiyu", and i filled into the datatype by using this name,
but i found that when i visit the bit.ly, my profile is "maokaiyu", so i changed in umbraco, it works.
it is a great package
