    Problem Receiving Notification Emails

    UI Questions

    I've logged in as a user into the backend, enabled notifications on publish and published a page but didn't recieve any notification email.

    I've checked the following

    • Local SMTP server is running
    • SMTP is sending mail
    • UmbracoSettings.config does have a notifications email address
    • web.config has got the SMTP server settings configured properly
    Not sure if this has anything to do with it but you can see in the image. there's more than one sort tickbox
    We're tunning Umbraco 4.7.2 on.NET 4.0.30319 on a SQL server express 2008 database on windows server 2008 server.
    It isn't a virgin umbraco install, it's been upgraded from 4.5 but has been sending emails since the upgrade, the notification feature has never been used before.
