I have recently set up www.UnTiedNations.com as a way to gather community Issues, Causes, Effects, Proposals plus related data, questions etc, so that communities can share and learn. Our first real test is the Cape Town water crisis hack There is also a Facebook group

This is a virtual hack though if anyone here lives near Cape Town there is a physical version.

I'd love to see my fellow Umbracians there.

The first stage is identifying Issues Then examining the Causes and Effects of the Issues Then making Proposals. For XML fiends there is a test output file on http://www.untiednations.com/XML/sosmeeting1.xml

If anyone here wants to help me build a "tool" to guide input and create output I'd be delighted - I am out of my depth a bit code wise.

I'd rally like to see an Open Source community-led project to rival all the hideous Wordpress stuff - another dream.
