Strange IIS error urgent assitance required.

I logged onto our cloud based windows server, and added a few ips to the list of blocked ips using the iis control panel option "Ip address and domain restrictions" under the website.

Since this the site throws "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached."

I literally have no idea whats going on as my iis administration experience is very limited.

Ive done the usual stop and restart of the application pool, as well as reversing all changes made within iis.

    Can someone help?

Sorted, my fault to be honest, I unknowingly blocked all incoming requests using the ip address and domain restrictions section within iis.

Dangerous section. Need to be awake messing around in there.
