I have a very specific request from one of our client in order to have support on their Umbraco application 24/7/365.
It should cover hardware (machine restarting, IIS configuration, app pool, etc..) and software (Umbraco itself, our custom code, APIs, etc...)
Basically, every moment a problem may happen, they'd like to have somebody to contact in order to start fixing the issue.
My company cannot provide this kind of support out of business hours and I was wondering if there's any company providing this specific service.
Of course we'd have to give full access to the environments and full documentation about the custom code.
We're considering the Umbraco Cloud option but as the client is keen on having internal hosting we'd like to explore options and costs.
Maybe the Enterprise plan of support can be an option.
