I followed this tutorial to create a member login and logout. Everything works fine and I am able to login using my created members in the backoffice. I need to restrict access to my site to one member type, meaning when you go to the root, the login page would show.
I'm not sure how to approach this. My document type for the login is empty at the moment and just has the associated template that renders a partial view.
My content tree looks like this:
I need to restrict access to all content nodes, unless the person is logged in.

If you right click on the content you want to protect and go to do something else > "Public Access"
Then you will get this:
I think you should be able to configure the users that have access here.
