    Orphan page in Pending approvals tab

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started

    On the Content Area, Notifications tab, Pending approvals, there is a page shown that no longer exists. Why? How do I get it off there? I've run my SQL script to locate orphaned pages and none exist. I can find no reason for this item to appear as a page that is pending approval.
