    Alternative text for image in RTE

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    Hi all,

    I'am using Umbraco 7.4 and i would like to edit the alternative text for an image in RTE. I saw that when you add an image with media picker you have the possibility to add an alternative text but then you don't have any possibility to change this.

    Can someone help me with this?

    Hi Lazau

    It's not intuitive, but if you highlight the image you have picked in the rich text area, and press the insert media button again, it should bring up the dialog box once more with the option to edit the alternative text.

    Thanks Marc for trying to help me. I've tried this but it's not working. This is how it supposed to be but it's not.

    Yes you are correct, it no longer works in 7.4... I've tested it in 7.5.3 and it's still doesn't give you access to edit the alternative text or reposition the blue crop spot.

    I've raised it as an issue here:
