Right-clicking on a node and selecting Courier, checking "include all nodes below this", after it finishes scanning and building the dependency list, I see this when I expand the item types, which is not very helpful in knowing what's actually being copied. A minor bug, but still annoying as I'd like that preview to be something I can rely on to know what will happen when I say Deploy.

There is an issue logged about this - http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/COU-256
You can vote for it so it receives more attention and hopefully get fixed with some of the upcoming releases.
For now you can use Revisions from main Courier section if you plan to transfer multiple items - labels of the items there are not broken.
