    Hello Venkata & Bart,
Thanks for the stack trace can I confirm that you do have an App_Data folder on disk found at the root of your website.

Can I confirm what version you are trying to install of 'Forms' here please?

In your case Venkata, is there a folder at the location C:\EkohiUmbraco\EkohiUmbraco\EkohiUmbraco\App_Data\ that exists?

What are you doing in order to see this error? Installing this clean onto an Umbraco website with an Umbraco Package, using the Upgrade button from the dashboard, or via Nuget?

    Many Thanks,
    Warren

    Hi Warren,

Empty website sln (.net target .4.5) and installed the nuget package UmbracoCms.

I did compare the folder with the 7.3.5.zip but I don't see strange things yet.

    Hi Bart,
For me to test & replicate this I need to install Umbraco via Nuget (7.3.5) and then install Umbraco Forms by which method Bart?

    Thanks,
    Warren
