I'm Using SQL CE for a project
I pulled down the db file on to my computer to make some changes to the work flow in forms, after making my changes and uploading the DB...
The work flows I have updated do not seem to show on live...
What other files do I need to upload?

If you go to your Umbraco installations file structure you will find the Workflows folder in the \App_Plugins\UmbracoForms\Data\Workflows
