There is also a version listed that just contains the files and doesn't really install, so you'd simply unzip that into your website. You'd have to manually modify some files in that case though (e.g., to set the proper configuration). The easiest way to find out what you need to set would be to install it into a new empty website (maybe from home) and use Git (or some source control tool) to analyze what the installer changed, then make those same changes at your work install.
We can't install forms on any installation on any server...
We've tried for 2 months over half a dozen installs of multiple versions.
Is there some way someone can send me the installer because we simply cannot install through our firewall. No way. No how.
