Hello,
I've been able to create a form and it's working fine. However, I cannot create another one. When I click on "Create", I get a blank screen.
Umbraco version : 7.2.8 Form version : 4.1.5 The licence is installed.
Any idea on what is happening?

Your current "USER" may not have the right permissions to "create" a form. Check those security options first.

I checked, and "Form security" is correct (everything checked) for the User I'm using.
I can copy/paste an existing form and it's working. But I cannot "create" one.
What do you see when you on the three dots?

Also, have you tried using a different browser? I use chrome and find that sometimes its cache causes issues and if I try the same thing in a different browser everything works as expected.

It was the first time I had this problem. I finally removed the package and installed it again and it's working now.
Same issue.
If we right click, press create nothing happens, if we press the "..." and press empty form it work.
Is there some bug where it doesnt redirect proper to : /umbraco/#/forms/form/edit-legacy/-1?template=&create=true
I am having the exact same problem in Umbraco 7.2.8 using Umbraco Forms 4.4.2
It worked fine before, and I have not done any new releases lately. It just..... stopped working.
Nothing in the TraceLog either, no errors to be found anywhere.
