Error Umbraco Courier ("Courier is running in Trial Mode")

Hi Devs, We are having the following error when trying to transfer contents using Umbraco Courier:

Courier is running in Trial Mode, you can therefore not connect to the repository 'xxx', which is not on this local machine If you need assistance please contact Umbraco via your Umbraco.com profile: http://umbraco.com/profile/options/manage-licenses/license-support.aspx You may also send a request to Umbraco at: [email protected]

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Note: We have a valid Umbraco Courier license

    Best Regards

    Hi Vanilson

Typically this error indicates that the licence isn't in the bin directory of the sites.

If it does exist in both, then it might be worth downloading a fresh copy of the licence from the Umbraco site and reapply, just to cover off a possible file corruption issue.

The other possibility is that the sites aren't / weren't defined in the licence ?

    Hope this helps

    Nigel

    Hi Nigel,

Sorry for taking too long to give you an answer.

Typically this error indicates that the licence isn't in the bin directory of the sites.

The license is in bin directory.

If it does exist in both, then it might be worth downloading a fresh copy of the licence from the Umbraco site and reapply, just to cover off a possible file corruption issue.

This is what I always do but, I don´t know why after a few days the same error returns.

The other possibility is that the sites aren't / weren't defined in the licence ?

All the sites are defined in the license.

    Best regards.
