All of the sites on UaaS are already automatically behind a load balancer. But I think what you want to now if you can have your site on UaaS run on multiple servers.

The answer to that question is: no, not to begin with. The intention of UaaS to is to help you get a website up and running, using best practices (source control, multiple environments, team access) without having to think about the infrastructure.

We're working on determining how well that scales and then we'll determine how to add load balancing to the mix for those "enterprise level" sites.
